It wasn't advertised. The PPA was carrying it to ensure continuity for
sites that went into production with the 0.5 release.

Delete the /etc/zfs/zpool.cache file and retry the import.

Also check that /lib/udev/rules.d/69-vdev.rules is installed and not
being overridden by anything in the /etc/udev/rules.d directory.
