[zfs-discuss] ZPOOL on /dev/ram0 - performance

I am running ZFS on RAM disk. Here is my config:
zpool create -O atime=off  -O dedup=on  -O sync=disabled mypool /dev/ram0
the performance I am getting is:
Version 1.96 ------Sequential Output------ --Sequential Input- --Random-

Concurrency 1 -Per Chr- --Block-- -Rewrite- -Per Chr- --Block-- --Seeks--

Machine Size K/sec %CP K/sec %CP K/sec %CP K/sec %CP K/sec %CP /sec %CP

host 4G 152 99 186594 33 160670 43 339 98 1534785 99 +++++ +++

Latency 92007us 15321us 17175us 32712us 701us 24033us

Version 1.96 ------Sequential Create------ --------Random Create--------

host -Create-- --Read--- -Delete-- -Create-- --Read--- -Delete--

files /sec %CP /sec %CP /sec %CP /sec %CP /sec %CP /sec %CP

16 14564 93 +++++ +++ 17810 75 13823 82 +++++ +++ 24863 100

Latency 31858us 494us 43413us 34469us 20us 607us

so only 186MB/s sequential write performance. I was thinking I should be
getting more than this writing to RAM with ZIL disabled.
I have also tried this config:
 zpool create -O atime=off  -O dedup=on  -O  primarycache=none -O
 secondarycache=none  -O sync=disabled mypool /dev/ram0
This had horrible performance with only about 17MB/s sequential read.
Any ideas how I can optimize ZFS on RAM disk?
