If you first boot to 3.10.0-229.14.1 and reinstall - it will work.

If you boot to 3.10.0-229.11.1 and reinstall - it also should work,
thanks to already activated /usr/lib/systemd/system/dkms.service
- modules should be recompiled on next reboot for current kernel.

If it not work as expected - it may be bugs
in DKMS service or DKMS unit file for systemd
or in dkms.conf for zfs/spl modules.
