Hello Chris,

now I use the following iSCSI parameters on target and initiator:

InitialR2T=No
ImmediateData=Yes
FirstBurstLength=262144
MaxBurstLength=16776192
MaxRecvDataSegmentLength=262144
MaxXmitDataSegmentLength=262144

The performance results for a single raidz2 vdev don't seem to differ
that much:

4 KB zvol blocksize:
 write: 2400-3100 IOPS, 360-410 MB/s
 read: 530-830 IOPS, 65-105 MB/s

8 KB zvol blocksize:
 write: 3800-4000 IOPS, 470-510 MB/s
 read: 770-1200 IOPS, 95-150 MB/s

16 KB zvol blocksize:
 write: 4800-5600 IOPS, 610-710 MB/s
