No problem, your suggestion was not all that bad (sometimes the most weird
things are the ones that end up working).

This is a rather old HEAD, no? Isn't ZFS at 0.7.3 now?

Interesting! Any chance I can get a Live/Rescue CD with that exact ZoL
version to try?
