Hi,
According to the https://www.phoronix.com/scan.
php?page=news_item&px=Linux-4.16-inode-i_version-Win (and
https://lkml.org/lkml/2018/1/29/230 ) there is an optimization in kernel
4.16 which reduce cases where inodes are updated and this results in a
faster disk i/o for some cases.
I'm wondering, does it affect ZFS too or only can help "regular" Linux
filesystems?
